Ingredients

  • Pomfret fish 3 pieces


  • 4 Tbs Cooking oil as needed


  • Rice flour 4 tablespoon


  • Maida flour 2 tablespoon


  • Corn flour 2 tablespoon


  • 2 pinch Salt as per need


  • 2 Tbs Red chilli crushed


  • Ajwain 1/4 tablespoon


  • Whole cumin 1/2 tablespoon


  • Black pepper crushed 1 tablespoon


  • Cumin powder 1/2 tablespoon


  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoon


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Place the cut on the fish
  • In a bowl, add rice flour, Maida flour, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, whole cumin, black pepper, cumin powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
  • Now cover this paste on fish and keep it in refrigerator for an hour.
  • Afterward shallow fry in the cooking oil until golden brown
